The Quality Assurance Manager directs and coordinates the Quality Assurance department resources and administrative approach for quality control of BNI products. The manager provides leadership, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality system and team to ensure high quality in BNI products and processes, as well as provides technical, process, and program support to our various departments, suppliers, and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Quality Department; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; developing employees’ skills and encouraging growth; setting expectations and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; establishing positive employee relationships through fair, consistent, and respectful treatment of employees.
