Overview / ResponsibilitiesWood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a CAD Designer with experience in an Architectural/Engineering environment to join our Portland Design Center. The Portland Design Center is a multi-disciplinary A/E team with 75 engineers, architects, surveyors, designers and support staff. Wood offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects for a wide range of clients throughout the US from the relaxed environment of a small vibrant city. This is a full-time position with overtime as required/available.
Skills / Qualifications2 yr Associates degree, technical diploma or vocational training3-5 years of experience within an A&E firmAutoCAD 2015 or higherRevit 2015 or higherAn understanding of Architectural/Engineering documents through all phases of design/constructionAbility to prepare floor plans, sections, details and schedulesKnowledge of National CAD StandardsAbility to interact with coworkers, project teams and coordination with remote officesExcellent communications skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethicHighly motivated
