Main job duties will include grading & drainage design, street, sewer, & water plans, and hydrology & hydraulic studies for land development projects. Additional knowledge of analyzing legal descriptions of properties, creating subdivision maps, writing legal descriptions and creating exhibits, researching property information, topographic/ALTA field surveys, office mapping of field work, retaining wall design, sewer area studies, preparation of LID, SWPPP, & tentative maps is desirable. The more knowledgeable and well-rounded engineer, the better.

Knowledge/experience in preparation of grading, drainage, infrastructure plans.
CADD experience (microStation/InRoads preferred).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Works well independently and in groups
Word & Excel proficiency.
