Faculty Positions in Population Health Sciences
The Department of Biomedical Sciences invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant and Associate/Full Professor level. We seek individuals with Ph.D., M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent degrees with a record of accomplishment in population health research. For applicants at the Assistant Professor level, we are particularly interested in individuals who are completing post-doctoral training and are looking for an initial faculty position. For applicants at the Associate or Full Professor level, we are interested in individuals with a record of establishing an independent research program at the faculty level, and who are looking for academic advancement.
Ideal candidates should have scientific expertise and interest in one or more of the following areas: epidemiology, population genetics, cancer prevention and control, chronic disease management, health services, health disparities, behavioral sciences, or implementation and dissemination research.

Recruited faculty will join an active research group in the Department of Biomedical Sciences supported by generous start-up funds, a competitive salary, modern facilities and instrumentation, and administrative and infrastructure support. Faculty with clinical interests will be eligible for a secondary appointment in another department in the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine.
