The Supervising Technician will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the testing laboratory and staff. Laboratory responsibilities include performing construction materials and geotechnical laboratory analysis, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, processing reports and computing data using GINT software a Word and Excel spreadsheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A comprehensive understanding of ASTM, AASHTO and NCDOT testing standards are required.
