The successful candidate will lead municipal water and wastewater engineering projects, which may include water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental compliance, collection and distribution pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities, and water reuse. Projects typically include planning, design, and construction contract administration. Typical activities include client interactions, project and/or task management, preparation of studies, development of construction documents, permit coordination, and other aspects of civil engineering services. In addition, the successful candidate will help to grow our team and clientele in our Columbia service area, and will have the opportunity to mentor and interact with other team members throughout the Carolinas.
QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required, (MS or MCE preferred); 8-12 years of experience; SC PE license required; good communication skills required; ability to work independently; proficiency with AutoCAD, project management scheduling software and/or hydraulic modeling software a plus.
