The Performance Improvement Coordinator assists in the planning, development, maintenance, and implementation of the GLDP quality systems; Partners across all functional areas within the GLDP organization to monitor, promote, and deliver quality, and compliance; Identifies key measurements to assist in driving continuous improvements and adherence to applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements; Actively fosters an organizational culture that is based on collaboration, partnership, innovation, customer service, driving change, and teamwork.
