POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for all aspects of the Global Event Management process. Provides timely and effective responses to customer complaints, technical and product performance issues for all Ascensia products. Propose, plan, perform, evaluate and document experiments to provide valid technical information on current or potential products, components, processes, and system audits. Conduct troubleshooting and product evaluations. Prepare specifications, procedures and protocols. Responsible for managing tasks at predefined levels within projects or operations.
