GENERAL PURPOSE: Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees involved in the Capital Projects Group; manages capital improvement projects and related functions for the Board of Public Utilities (BOPU), including planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field; AND five years of professional civil engineering experience, including water and wastewater design and project management; two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Wyoming. Transfer of registration from another state must be completed within 6 months of hire.
