This critical role within GCP will drive the overall strategy, revenue and profitable growth for the Cement Admixtures segment in North America. The Regional Product Manager will be responsible for a set of products and work in conjunction with the global marketing team, and the local sales resources to increase share for existing products and launch new products and systems within the segment. A key part of the role will be to insure that the value of each product is well understood by the organization and the market. The individual will have monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with management to update the progress of this effort and identify any opportunities to exceed, or barriers in achieving, the segment’s goals. He/she will also work closely with functions in the organization to improve product line profitability and market competitiveness.
