This position is part of new formed Performance Management Division which is focused on creating an environment of Continuous Improvement.
The specific position will create, manage and lead a team of individuals focus on creating value for the Austin community by designing and leading Lean and Continuous improvement initiatives, strategies, policies, and procedures. This role will model a culture of continuous improvement, build and lead Lean teams, engage, coach, train, and advise department executives, senior leaders, and employees regarding how to improve business processes, services, and systems.
Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience related to the job. Graduate level education may substitute for experience up to two (2) years.
