The Plant Manager must possess a firm commitment to enhancing the Company's Safety Culture, providing leadership in setting and maintaining a Safety-First mindset in every aspect of the management of the plant. The successful candidate will also provide dynamic leadership in their management of all manufacturing, scheduling and supply chain within the La Crosse Facility. This individual will be skilled in creating a climate where the associates want to do their best. A collaborative leader, the new Plant Manager will effectively push themselves and others to achieve maximum results while maintaining a positive work environment. Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of the BAXH Division, the Plant Manager will actively participate as a member of the executive team to develop the strategic direction for the La Crosse facility.
