Job Description: Quality Technician
Primary objective is to ensure the quality of all products through measurement, comparison with OEM samples, and reading blueprints.
Audit internal processes and interface with operations to maintain compliance. Perform incoming receiving inspection. Review warranty claims, and internal process errors and implement corrective action. Maintain quality database for reporting and continuous improvement. Assure that defective product is under quarantine. Respond to customer complaints.
Update quality procedures and file quality records. Report quality metrics to management. Assist with product approval, supplier corrective action as required.
