General Position Summary:
This Electro-Mechanical Engineering role functions as a technical and industry asset to EMI Porta in its mission to be the single source provider to the residential lift market. The Electro-Mechanical Engineer researches, plans, designs, develops and conducts tests on electronic control system and mechanical assemblies for low rise elevator market. This role will work on both design and manufacture of new products as well as redesign of existing product lines. This role will have the opportunity to interact with customers helping to trouble issues that arise within the field and offer solutions to real-time problems.
