The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of various hydraulic, stormwater, and other water resources related technical evaluations (focusing on bridge hydraulics and scour) from a budget and scheduling standpoint.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of periodic (at least monthly) project status reports to clients.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Experience with computer drafting software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience with Microsoft Access a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous personnel management experience a plus.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong organization, time management, and coordination skills.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution, preferably with a focus on stormwater/hydraulics or other water resource related field. PE registration is required.
Engineering experience amounting to a minimum of 5 years experience in stormwater/hydraulic design or other water resources related engineering areas.
Some travel, less than 10%, will be required as necessary for project meetings, field investigations, etc.
