This position will be responsible for overseeing, directing and managing all Fiber Processing sales in North America for ESCO, including independent agents selling on behalf of ESCO.
The Fiber Processing District Manager (DM) is responsible for the strategic management and development of the sales efforts across North America. ESCO’s Fiber Processing DM acts as a key member of the product team optimizing existing products and identifying new product development activities; has full responsibility for optimizing ESCO’s competitive position within the region by developing strong customer alliances and highly effective distribution channels; responsible for all sales activities for the purpose of achieving or surpassing sales growth targets, developing new accounts, building strong customer relationships, and establishing ESCO as a “value added” leader in the market place. The DM will call on assigned accounts as well as search out new business to sell products in the ESCO pipeline through regular on site visits; provide ongoing, profitable sales growth consistent with current forecasts by establishing and maintaining external customer relationships as assigned; and demonstrate knowledge of the application and operation of ESCO products.
