The New Mexico Consortium (www.newmexicoconsortium.org) seeks two
research scientists with expertise in plant transformation, metabolic engineering and metabolic flux analysis for secondary metabolite production. The positions will be under the supervision of Dr. Richard Sayre.
Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. and ideally postdoctoral experience in relevant area(s) of science. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a strong record of publication and scientific innovation.
The positions will be located at the NMC biological laboratory facility in Los Alamos, NM (http://newmexicoconsortium.org/research/plants). The NMC facility is a 4-year-old state-of-the-art biological laboratory facility housing more than 60 scientists.
