Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Manager is responsible for the development, application and maintenance of quality control systems for processing materials into finished goods. The position provides quality oversight to customers by way of direct communication and/or corrective action requests. Functions also include resolving deviations and investigations of customer complaints. In addition, this position is responsible for documentation as it relates to global requirements (RoHS, REACH, etc.). This position reports directly to National Sales Manager.
