Quality Manager position responsible for managing the overall Quality activity within the plant. Duties include the responsibility for IATF 16949 Quality Systems Management, Customer Specific Requirements, Customer Audits, Continuous Improvement, and Supplier and Customer Interface to resolve Quality Concerns. The Quality Manager is also responsible for Internal and External Quality Metrics including tracking, monitoring, reporting, and acting on results as necessary. Responsible for supervision of Quality Support staff. Reports to the Director of Quality.
