Expert knowledge of specialized system models, principles, practices, and procedures with ability to recommend changes to model. Expert skills to improve process and ability to develop and implement innovative improvement to infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to airport standards and regulations, federal and state transportation standards, wastewater, building, etc Expert knowledge of project management, principles, practices, and procedures, including cost estimating, budget, and schedules. Expert communication skills to coordinate programs and planning with emphasis on specialized systems. Keeps informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for the purpose of recommending changes in programs or applications. Excellent oral and written communication, supervisory, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to prepare annual performance documents and provide feedback to direct reports.
