This position is responsible for the quality engineering functions relating to all production and converting processes under limited direction of the Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Engineer will establish Quality procedures and testing methodologies that comply with customer requirements. This role addresses customer concerns/complaints/inquiries and works towards negotiating resolution to any issues in a timely manner. This resolution is accomplished by working with various staff members to determine root cause analysis of the issues using LCI tools and ISO document control.
