The Data Analyst will be instrumental in developing performance metrics and dashboards to provide insight into how the Customer Care Center, Accreditation, Agency Risk Management, Customer Experience departments are performing against their goals and objectives. The Data Analyst will solve business problems in the areas of productivity and quality using tools such as Lean-Six Sigma, PMP and creative problem solving. Support and lead projects to continually improve the productivity and quality of the Customer Care Center, Accreditation, Agency Risk Management, Customer Experience and other internal business partners to achieve operational excellence.
