This individual oversees all aspects of the organization’s quality management efforts including measuring and reporting on progress towards strategic quality and cost reduction goals, developing and administrating the policies and procedures matrix, facilitating and leading process improvement initiatives, and monitoring alignment of requirements between regulatory and certifying bodies, customers, and suppliers.
