The City of Bothell is recruiting for a Development & Utility Services Manager. This position manages the Public Works utility service planning, engineering, design, construction, and inspection operations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage a talented group of professionals and establish priorities for the development of City utility service infrastructure. Reporting to the Deputy Public Works Director, this position works collaboratively with other city staff to assure compliance with city policies as well as state and Federal regulations.
The candidate selected for this position will play a major role within the development of a thriving community in the midst of dynamic growth and change. The City desires an energetic and innovative leader for this position who is interested in performing cutting edge work and understands the importance of responsible and efficient development of infrastructure for these vital services.
This position will earn $111,996.00 - $142,392.00 annually and offers a competitive municipal benefits package.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field AND seven (7) years of professional civil engineering experience, including project management and supervisory experience.
