The Department of Radiology at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a full time faculty member for the Division of Nuclear Medicine. The position is a fixed term appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor, or Clinical Associate Professor.
Clinical care infrastructure includes PET/CT (including cardiac PET/CT), SPECT/CT, PET/MR and radionuclide-therapy rooms. Research infrastructure includes cGMP-compliant cyclotron and radiochemistry facilities in our Biomedical Research Imaging Center.

Applicants must have an MD or equivalent, and be eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina. Preference will be given to candidates with dual board certification in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Experience in all aspects of nuclear medicine, including cardiac imaging and radionuclide-therapy, as well as CT and MR as they apply to PET/CT, SPECT/CT and PET/MR is required. The faculty member will be expected to provide consultative clinical service, participate in multidisciplinary conferences, and engage in scholarly activity and in the training of medical students, residents and fellows.
