Overview / Responsibilities Wood is seeking an Integrated Facility Services (IFS) Program Manager to join our team in Durham, NC. This position will serve as the IFS Program Manager, working in tandem with the IFS Branch Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Business Development Lead to develop a company IFS execution and business development approach to be implemented at various client locations, primarily for industrial sites. Candidate must possess both a deep knowledge of current Operations and Maintenance techniques and practices and a solid project management background. Will serve in a business development role primarily for industrial pursuits, identifying and pursuing additional clients and opportunities nested within the overall branch strategic objectives. Will similarly support government business development efforts as needed. The primary focus of this position is to design and implement the processes and branch organizational structure, and to develop key relationships necessary to make our company competitive in the IFS market within the next 5 years.Key Responsibilities•Develop an organizational structure to capture and execute IFS contracts for commercial and governmental clients•Develop and oversee the implementation of IFS strategies which result in building system reliability beyond what our competition is currently achieving while keeping costs competitive•Build relationships with strategic partners that results in quick and accurate cost proposal development and on budget project execution•Develop the IFS strategic marketing approach for the company, to be implemented at various client locations•Establish contract performance metrics and ensure project/site managers achieve contract requirements•Create sound and scientifically based KPIs for client assets•Establish and conduct emergency simulations to test processes and procedures•Define maintenance system boundaries on project documentation and assign into a functional asset hierarchy
Skills / Qualifications Required•15-20 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance and Facility Management. Experience desired in the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, janitorial services, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and other facilities maintenance and operations support services•A comprehensive understanding of all building operations and management strategies•Expert at implementing Computer-Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo and SAP•Accomplished in improving the productivity, reliability, efficiency, maintenance and operations of terminals, power plants, manufacturing facilities, commercial oil & gas facilities, MEP, and PMO facilities for major industrial or commercial clients•The person filling this position is expected to be the subject matter expert for IFS for WoodPreferred •Holds one or more of the following credentials:?Professional Engineer license (mechanical engineering preferred) ?Certified Facility Manager?LEED AP Operations + Maintenance (LEED AP O+M) Certified?PMP ?Lean Six Sigma Green Belt •Thorough knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, HACCP, ASHRAE, and IIAR regulations•Lifecycle asset management•Skilled in developing innovative equipment processes and /or programs to reduce operational cost in Capital and O&M budgetsCompany Overview Wood is a global leader in the delivery of project, engineering and technical services to energy and industrial markets.
