Ferrovial Agroman is seeking a Electrical Project Manager for the Denver Great Hall remodel project. The project will include remodeling the retail and TSA area of the Jeppesen Terminal.
Great Hall Builders, LLC will bring big changes for Denver’s International Jeppesen Terminal. The construction plan includes relocating the security screening area, modernizing the checkpoints with faster technology and renovating concession spaces as part of a larger $650 million renovation plan.
The Electrical Project Engineer shall be involved with the supervision of subcontractor’s work, follow up of the schedule, site coordination and quality of the electrical works to be executed on site. We are looking for someone with work site experience on low voltage, lighting control, BMS, communications, CCTV and fire alarm.
Overseeing the construction process of multiple shifts
Coordination between different trades
Monitoring construction processes
Achievement of dates per approved schedule
Coordination of testing and commissioning activities
Coordination with QAQC department
BS degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering
3 + years on site construction experience in electrical or Industrial Engineering
Extensive computer experience (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, BIM)
Good communication (oral and writing) skills
