As our Customer Quality Engineer – Complaint Investigator, You will be performing complaint investigation for our heart valves products, a Class III Medical Device product. Your job success will rely on your ability to correctly perform thorough, analytical, and timely investigations of device complaints by Company policy, Health Canada, FDA regulations and regulations of other governmental agencies, as applicable. It will also rely on your abilities to work in close collaboration with the LivaNova sales and case management field teams.
If you have prior experience preparing Medical Device Reports and Medical Device Vigilance reports, that would be great!
