The Lean Change Agent – Senior serves as a change agent to influence and enable a culture of continuous improvement through lean transformation to help drive implementation of the organization's strategic plan. By exhibiting a strong ability to solve problems, develop and coach teams, and utilize lean tools and processes, leads implementation of specific strategic initiatives and related lean training activities across the organization. Guides and enables multi-disciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities, gather data, assess analytics, adopt best practices and implement and sustain changes. Focuses on multi-project initiatives at service line, platform and regional level (and involving major segments of the organization) to achieve improved patient and member experience and quality, plus staff satisfaction. Leads and co-leads training and skills transfer in lean and related change management tools, to improve patient and member service levels and experience, improve employee engagement, and enable providers to spend optimal time focusing on patient care.
