SUMMARY Provost & Pritchard is seeking a highly-motivated Senior or Principal Engineer with experience managing projects and working with clients or project stakeholders to join our Chico office.

The qualified Senior or Principal Engineer candidate should have a strong technical expertise and ability to manage his/her own projects with minimal supervision, and direct others on project work. Experience with client relations and business development is a plus as we desire someone that can help generate new opportunities in the area.
Develop and maintain client contact before, during, and after project completion Cultivate client relationships through organizational involvement and by direct contractOversee project work including other engineers, technicians and administrative staff Assist in mentoring and training Associate Engineers and others in area of expertise Effectively directs projects from planning through to completion Preparation of project plans, reports or feasibility studies in area of expertise
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBS or MS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Appropriate work experience may substitute for formal schooling. Minimum of five years working as a licensed engineer.
