Perform work in the traffic management center, process and monitor temporary traffic control plans and permits, monitor and evaluate traffic signal operations, coordinate needed ATMS maintenance needs, assist with signal timing and traffic flow operations, provide travel information, and handle customer service requests.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; and
Two years in traffic signal operations, maintenance of traffic plans, using crash information, using traffic engineering software, computer modeling, and inspecting advanced traffic signal system projects.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would reasonable be expected to provide the job-specific competencies noted below.
