An exciting new Project Manager position is available within our Watershed Services Program. This positon offers great potential for professional growth in a vibrant working environment and an opportunity to make a difference in the stormwater and floodplain management community. The District is currently exploring the concept of managing projects using a watershed approach, so ideal candidates would not only have an interest in master planning, floodplain mapping, and development review, but also in design, construction, and maintenance of drainage and flood control infrastructure. Ideal candidates should have some experience in most of the areas of experience categories listed above.
This is a full-time position as a Project Manager for one of eight watersheds providing a variety of Watershed and Stream Services professional functions associated with master planning, floodplain mapping, design and construction and stream management. The Project Manager position plays a critical role in collaborating with local government partners, guiding responsible watershed development and creating resilient streams through innovative and forward-thinking approaches.
