The Director of Communications provides leadership and directs ESA’s communications program, effectively informing and promoting our organization, brand, people, mission, products, and clients. As a key member of the corporate management team reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Communications helps shape our vision and image, as well as the best methods to communicate them. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies and programs for ESA’s internal and external communications, in alignment with ESA’s Strategic Plan. The Director of Communications also manages the corporate communications team and collaborates with a network of marketers and graphic designers throughout our regions as well as staff across the firm to share ESA’s story and strategic vision, with the purpose of raising awareness of and increasing engagement in our work to both internal and external audiences.
