The City and Borough of Juneau’s Utilities Division is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to lead our team! The Utilities Superintendent is a partially exempt position that reports directly to the Public Works & Engineering Director. This position is responsible for the executive level leadership, oversight and guidance of the joint Water and Wastewater Utilities Division management functions including planning, budgeting, operations & maintenance, major repairs & replacement of capital infrastructure, employee selection & development, and customer service.

Five years of professional experience in the broad occupational fields of the division or department and two years of managerial experience, which may be concurrent with the professional experience.
