The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing a quality assurance system and driving tool quality improvement efforts that promote customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also develop and administer tool quality control plans, direct quality/product assurance efforts, internal policies/procedures, and supplier policies/procedures to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is based in the greater Chicago area. Relocation offered for highly qualified candidates.
