The Sr. Technical Support Engineer I functions as the site level Management System Portal point-of-contact as well as support of site and SAS Quality Engineering processes utilizing existing business systems and tools. The Support Engineer reports to the RVS (Raytheon Vision Systems) Document Systems and AS9100 Internal Audit Manager. Other responsibilities include:Refine and create user friendly reports and tools to supplement all facets of Quality Engineering, including Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) processes
Effectively communicate with site peers and management
Data management, extraction, and comprehension of reporting metrics not limited to nonconformances to identify trends, and assist with the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process
Collaboration and coordination with Quality Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, and external Customers as necessary.
Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Sciences or Management or relevant work experience.
