The Field Applications Engineer, who reports directly to our CEO, will be responsible for demonstrating our SmartMelter solution at customer plants world-wide, and supporting our customers and country representatives. This position requires world-wide travel (in average 50% of the time).
Specific tasks include:
- Lead and perform onsite SmartMelter demonstrations to potential customers; - Train customer personnel and provide customer support; - Engage customers to identify additional features and capabilities they would like/need; - Develop metrics for PaneraTech, Inc., to measure the quality of our field demonstrations and customer support; - Support the design, development and testing of additional add-on products/features for SmartMelter (http://smartmelter.com/); - Represent PaneraTech, Inc. and SmartMelter in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Travel: This position requires traveling world-wide 25% - max 75% of the time.
