SUMMARY: The Agile PLM Architect will focus on designing and implementing solutions within Natus Medical Incorporated's enterprise applications to improve business processes at Natus. This role will own the functional solutions and maintenance within the Agile PLM suite as well as the integrations into Natus’ other Oracle applications. This position will engage with both internal and external partners to best utilize Agile and increase its business value. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the PLM and ERP business as well as very strong conceptual, analytical and communication abilities, including with nontechnical audiences.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five (5) years experience with the design, configuration, and support of Oracle Agile PLM or other PLM product in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
