Summary: The Director is the primary technical liaison between customers, Sales and New-Indy Manufacturing. Their accountability is to provide a broad level of technical expertise not available anywhere else in the company or even in the industry or know where to get it. The Director interprets customer needs (“voice of the customer”) to improve our products and to align the New-Indy mills production capabilities with customer process and product requirements. Other accountabilities include: grade development and specifications, mill trials, customer trials, quality control and assurance, process and product performance troubleshooting, claims management and new product development. This person collaborates with our customers to provide value and serve as a technical resource. They also direct and coordinate activities of the mill manufacturing units to provide services in conjunction with marketing activities.

Work Schedule: Exempt professionals are required to work the number of hours needed to get the job done. Typically office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
