This is supervisory professional engineering work in water resource engineering.
Job duties include:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, civil, hydraulic, agricultural or water resource engineering, registration with the State of Florida as a Professional Engineer, and one year of subsequent experience directly related to the field in which the position is assigned. Two years of engineering experience in a supervisory capacity is required. A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, civil, hydraulic, agricultural or water resource engineering can substitute for the required non-supervisory experience.
SJRWMD has determined this to be a mandatory-testing position as described in Section 440.102, Florida Statutes.
