We are currently seeking resumes from qualified Drainage Designer/EITs for our Arizona office. The position is assisting senior design personnel in developing and completing designs and contract documents. Design municipal and state projects for streets/highways/freeways involving roadway, drainage, utilities, and traffic engineering. Ability to work under the direction of a project engineer or project manager and complete engineering, CAD and calculation tasks for all aspects of design and plan production. Preparation of design calculations and project quantities are also included.
This position will also learn Drainage analysis and design while working as a member of our design team. Successful applicant will work on various projects, including South Mountain freeway, I-15 Express Lane Widening in Riverside California, various solar projects, Multiple municipal transportation designs and studies. Most project work will require Microstation and InRoads Cad design software, but AutoCad proficiency is a plus. Work will include 'red to black' CAD support, drainage calculations and design, creating and populating data tables, drainage plans and profiles.
