This position is that of a Senior Traffic Engineer/Specialist, the purpose of which is to support the Environmental Lead and project management tasks in support of the current National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Project, the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 Study, and consultation relating to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACTMA) Purple Line Expansion Project.
CFG is seeking and individual skilled in transportation engineering and analysis, to assist with transportation and parking analyses, studies and trip generation analyses, and the development of traffic improvement plans. Knowledge of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and NEPA requirements will complement this traffic and parking expertise.

The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required, walking between offices and buildings and carrying light packages, including folders and, at times, a laptop computer.
